APO manual pay

I am not happy with how Nedbank just deducts money from account for the credit card in the middle of the month whereby when I took the credit I agreed month end. I don't know how they think I am suppose to go about going to work and what must I eat. What makes the matter worse is I called their customer care and I was told they don't know how it happened but they can't reverse it. I am left in shock to be honest.

All I am looking for is my money back and they will deduct their money month end and is not like they have tried to deduct money and they couldn't as agreed.

If someone who knows how to resolve this get back to me tomorrow around 1 which is lunch time.

I am not happy at all.
