APO Manual Credit

I have had 2 spinal surgeries in the past year and am currently not working as I have been placed on temporary disability. Nedbank has taken R2000 from my account to pay my credit card without my authorisation. I have an account protection plan so Nedbank should in fact be covering this debt as agreed. Nedbank this is absolutely shocking and inhumane behaviour, I need this money for medical treatment and pain medications, not to mention food and rent. I am not even able to leave my house due to my present condition. Please sort out this ridiculous situation. You had no right to take that money without my permission, this is theft.
