Today just like last month I have charged A P O payment..? 1. Last month an additional R 10 was charged and money not refunded 2. This effects my credit rating 3. I feel victimized coz there is no apology nor response 4. There is no remorse from this action ! 5. Who is going to reimburse the cell phone calls being made here ***
