Your website defines the APO as an \Automatic payment order (APO), whereby you instruct the bank to debit your credit card account monthly with the minimum repayment amount or the full amount owing.\" Problem is, I have never instructed NEDBANK to debit my account. Is this legal???? I just would like to know"
