Apathetic Nedbank Queensburgh

After numerous phone calls with no one picking up, i got through to call center(branch support), where the very nice and helpful gentleman advised me after trying to patch me through again, that he will email team leader at branch and ask them to call me back or email me to assist with my query. He also offered said email address for me to also attempt contact. Not a peep from them and i phoned again well before closing time with same results. Branch support are the only ones responding. I have been to that branch enough times to know that a funeral could easily take place there, that is how quiet it is most of the time. Tuesday afternoon... I believe this account has outlived it's usefulness
