Answer my damn question??

I have logged a call on Hello Peter weeks ago about my account being handed over to Norton Attorney, I was then consulted by Mary Venkentasen who told me to Contact Norton Attorney to make a payment arrangement, Hello Mary did you read what my complaint was about??I want to know why was my account handed over to Norton Attorneys when my account was being paid monthly?? What is the fee that Norton attorney is charging me?? Why is there no statements being issued with current balances?? Who decides on the monthly instalment??
