Another let down my Nedbank

After how many people was assisted with bond payment Holiday, I did not get the sms that was apparently sent out, a month after having it logged with my banker, I get a decline due to n missed debit order a few month ago, we are in unique circumstances and over the period of my bond the payment was good, and further there is loads of margin between outstanding balance and value...there is no **** risk to the bank...is this another one of those not wanting to help a white person????
