Another disappointment with Nedbank

Another disappointing from Nedbank I have been charged for downloading my digital bank statements . These are supposed to be free ,I am not utilizing any paper or anything from the bank do why has nedbank charged me for Downloading the statements. I receive no Interaction regarding this account but I seem to always notices charges on the account. Banking with Nedbank has been terribly disappointing from the day I switched over. For a R115 a month u get nothing but a basic plan and u pay for everything separately. This was not discussed when I was offered to move over. Please send me the process of closing this account and moving.
