Another disappointment

Only God knows why I have not ditched Nedbank. I have had my current account for years and every time it goes into minus as soon as my salary is paid, the overdue amount is paid for.

I do not understand why you have to send me to collectors, without 1. calling me to advice me or find out why the account is on minus.

You set debit orders early last month, before I even got paid but it's okay because you can. Right.

Stop messing with my credit score. I am not running away when I get paid the minus amount will be paid. Besides it's not like it happens every month.
