Another bad service from Nedbank

I went into Nedbank Fox street on Thursday and saw a lady by the name of Mina who she politely said she would call me by Monday afternoon and if I don't hear from her then I should call her on her direct number which she gave to me. Monday afternoon at 3:30 pm I call and Zenele answers and has no idea who Mina is or her number. I feel ****med, not even the Call centre could help
