Annoyed

So I have vehicle finance with Nedbank Mfc and every month with great struggle, but without fail I pay as I should. So this month they decided to debit my account earlier, not because I miraculously had money, but because I had other commitments at the time, so unfortunately I had to reverse the debit because it was not my scheduled debit date which is the 25 eachmonth, which fell on a Monday so there was no reason to debit my account early. Then comes the 25th now Nedbank is not taking their money feeling me stuck. Getting hold of them to rectify the situation mission impossible, so first I was stranded cos they took money too way early, now I’m stranded they didn’t take their money. Do they just want me to be struggling because of them? I mean will now have pay penalty fees, cos they are not consistent or not easily accessible. I mean it’s already difficult, so why mfc do you still want to make it even more .
