Annoyed

My mom and the ladies of Tswellopele Club went to Nedbank in Wesgate mall on the 17th of October 2025 to fix their account because it was blocked. They were promised that the funds will be released within 24 hours but till today the funds have not been released. These are pensioners who are not fami**** with a lot, why is Nedbank delaying their money? This is unfair and ********* release their money or should we involve ombudsman or log a formal complaint?
