Angry nedbank customer!!!!I demand a refund!

Nedbank is my worst worst nightmare.I have a person loan with them and I got paid on the 20/05/2026.They deducted the loan premuim three times,as a result some of my other debit orders did not go through.I called and was assisted by one of their consultants Gabi Khoza,who promised that urgent refund shall be made once I get my statement.I had to get money elsewhere and uber to a mall so that i get the statement .i finally sent photos and she said a refund shall be made.i waited the whole day until I called again on the 22/05.I was assisted by another consultant who confirmed that the pictures for the statement were not sufficient (I am sooo angry as she failed to explain that to me).it’s the 22 now and I am Still waiting for a refund,I have not even bought any groceries I don’t even have petrol due to them deducting three times.I honestly cannot wait to get done with their loan as this is not the first time they debited more than once.NEDBANK just lost a CUSTOMER! I am still waiting for my refund!!!!
