ANGRY! GUTTED!

I have recently opened an account and moved my salary to Nedbank, worse move I have ever made in my life. On the 4th July 2025, I was ****med R5 000 out of Nedbank account as if that was not enough, Nedbank personal loans decided to take R5 875 (24th July) unauthorized. Again on the 22 Aug R2 500 was taken out of my Nedbank account, HOW? Last year, an amount of R7 800 disappeared from my account and after back and forth with Nedbank agents who wanted to pin this Mistry to my husband who may have used my fingure to open my phone and transferred funds to himself they eventually infirmed me that they could see the money transferred from my account but could not see where it was transferred to. Nedbank is a BIG **** of a bank. I am gutted and very disappointed. Once again I am left with no money and having to borrow from ppl to provide for my kids. I reported the case on the 4th July and to date have not received any update instead when I Phone them I am told someone will phone me back with update. Their credit manager did not want to account about deducting money from my account without my permission instead she said she wants to phone me whereas I told her to write down because I want to keep record of the conversation.
