Angry customer

I am writing this as an very angry customer who was ill treated and had a very bad service with Tshego at soshanguve Crossing branch... She was very uninterested in helping irregadless of how long I waited 2 hours on the queue and yet she kept talking to her colleagues and also left me by her desk to attend some matters. I have been to other branches that we willing to assist at my issue who gave an attation and an ear not with the attitude she gave me. Tshego doesn't have sense of urgency nor customer service drive.
