Angry customer

I am so angry to a point where I feel like closing all my accounts. Today I went to Vangate mall in capetown. The branch next to clicks. Firstly all the employees don’t wear their name tags so you can see who is helping you. Even the branch manager did not have his name tag. I was asking for help from the lady who seats by the front door who I believe should be the most kind person we all first see her before even getting in the branch. She was so rude to me when I asked for help from her to a point that she did not help me she went back inside the branch and set down after shouting at me for asking for help her attitude towards customers is terrible and I want her personally to apologise she is bad for the company standards My Email is *** cell ***
