Angry client

My account has been blocked for the 2nd time now whereas I opened this account in January 2024. On 30 March I went to Port Alfred branch with my I.D. The account was unblocked a days later & it has been blocked again.

This morning I went to Oxford branch & Zola was very helpful but the account still has a hold. This is the first salary that has been paid to that account & I cannot even buy myself airtime or petrol.

I am not happy about this & I will not be able to wait for a few days in order to access my money.
