Angry client

You guys deserve zero stars because I have received very poor service, I bought a microwave online on the 27th of August had to wait two weeks for it to be delivered. Delivery date was the 7th, it is the 10th now of September and still haven't received it yet. Your consultants keep saying they will escalate the problem and get back to me but nothing I have to call every time, right now at this time and place the only thing I can think about is asking advice from my lawyer. It's either you deliver the damn thing or give me a refund so I can take my money to a better service that always deliver on time. I'm seriously disappointed
