Angry arrangement

I have 2 personal loans by Nedbank and credit card used to pay them always my wife got pregnant and was home funds were not even i got bit behind with my payments tried calling the call centre but seem no1 can or wont help me to make an arrangement no it’s getting longer and im getting more behind with my loans please help or assit me i want to pay
