Angry and furious customer
R5000 was withdrawn from my account without my knowledge. I called the bank and instead they blocked my card and told me they aren't able to reverse the money But I need to open a case at the police if which I did and got a case number. The case is opened now but the ***** department doesn't want to reverse my money and I'm being sent from pillar to post

20 Oct 2021, 18:14I need help as this is money for my kids. Someone needs to sort this out and have my money reversed and stop giving me the pathetic service they giving me. I've been making numerous calls and being to the branch but no one else wants too help. The ***** department is so laid back and they don't do their job
