My card and app were blocked by nedbank due to suspicious ***** that I reported, Friday I went to the bank they managed to give me 1 card then today I went to the branch again and I was told that they must send an email and they will call me to come and fix my app what hurts me is that they say they will charge me for card replacement why charge me for blocked card kanti you don't charge if card is lost or stollen , spending 2 hours but no service
