They decide on their own accord to change the debit order without your consent and completely disregard the agreed debit order. They are VERY inconsiderate as they are ruining my finances and credit score to that matter, I mean what is the reason for them to ask you (client) when you want their money to be debited from your account when they can decide as and when they would like to take it????? My agreed debit order date is the last day of the month and I called in today and they confirmed that it is the last day of the month however NO ONE can explain to me why my account was debited on the 25th of this month….. now my biggest problem and frustration is that most of my debit orders that runs on the 25th have bounce back because ALL MIGHTY NEDBANK decided to take their money on the 25th which now make me look like I have MISSED payments on those creditors who couldn’t get the money. AGAIN WHY IS THERE AN AGREEMENT IF YOU CANNOT STICK TO IT AND WHO AUTHORISED THAT THE DEBIT ORDER RUN ON THE 25TH? NEDBANK HOME LOAN IS THE WORST…..
