01 Sep 2020, 17:58 Thankfully Nedbank succeeds in being *********** I actually hoped I could give a lesser rating than 1 star, due to the extremely poor service my father has recieved from Nedbank. The service delivery is pathetic, resolution process is non existent, claims feedback is so poor. Thankfully the only thing I found they do perfect is being ***********. Its been three months waiting for assistance on a leaking roof. My father paid his premium for 22 years and never had a claim because Nedbank are hiding in the shadows taking the money and not sending a policy document. Eventually after following up on his settlement amount he finds that there is someone hiding in the shadows "Nedbank insurance". Now when a claim is lodged for volumes of water we experienced in Cape Town they shy away behind poor service hoping that we will go away.

Shame on you!!! Im going to the ombudsman
