Nedbank charged me for a service I did not use. I was charged R150 for a new card that I didn't apply for. When I escalate, all consultants say it is not their query, even the branch.... I want my Money!!!!!

In addition to that, they debited me after we agreed that I will make a manual payment. Please refund ASAP!

Also, you let people run debit orders in my account as they please, I complained about african bank debating my account without my acknowledgement but you said there's nothing you can fo about it.
