***** and pending account

I reported a ***** that happened on my account on the 28 April even today i haven't heard an feedback from the bank. Instead i will be send from pillar to post, and the last week when i call i was the person who is responsible for my case was told to respond to my query urgently even today he or she hasn't.

Again my son's account account has been saying pending activation, i believe for the last 4 months. I followed up again on it as usual, and was told to submit necessary documents needed for it to be open.

Again since last week i have been told they are working on it, that means it is still not open. I need to know from Nedbank how long does it take to recieve your money when it is taken from your account, and please don't ask me about if i have reference and case number because yes i do. And to open an account that has money in how long again does it take, because now i cannot put money in or withdraw it.
