**** and miscommunication

Nedbank is a **** and if you thinking of getting nedbank as your service provider please don't. I've been using the credit card from nedbank and paid what was owed on the 27th January 2026 sent confirmation that I've paid and still no luck of getting a confirmation letter as there promised that they will send in a week.Am utterly disgusted and angry of their poor miscommunication.Emails have been sent ,I demand to get feedback and assisted.
