And another early debit from MFC

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I join the many others on this site to complain bitterly about MFC's nonsense, greedy, unilateral debiting of accounts. They have the audacity to debit early and when you ring to complain, they say they are doing it because ' debit orders are not being honoured'. My callcentre agent said they are willing to refund bank charges ( incurred because I don't get paid till very late in the month. Who gets paid on the 24th?!) but I have to send my bank statement. Please, let's all write to: *** and complain to : ***. My question is: why debit early all of a sudden, even all those accounts that are NOT in arrears? I's not good enough, after the fact, to say you will refund and change back to date agreed in the WRITTEN AND SIGNED CONTRACT MFC! Nothing about this makes sense and I think the media needs to make a fuss about it.
