Kindly note attorneys Schumanns and Van der Heever was appointed by you to register a bond. Their service and communication leaves much to be desired and do not represent Nedbank well as they are your choice of attorneys. No feedback, follow ups, no email replies their phones are unanswered and now we sitting with a matter that cannot lodge as they are not responding to our emails. This is the worst service ever for the years I am in real estate. Staff resigns and no one attends to their files, they go on leave and files are unattended, emails are unanswered so are their telephone lines. Normallythe bank also follow up and enquire why a matter is outstanding especially if it runs over 6 months
