An SMS that spoiled by Saturday from a Debt Collecting Company working with NEDBANK

On Saturday morning around 9h00 to 09h30 am, I received a Message from N&R Recoveries. Your Seriously Overdue NEDBANK ACC has been handed to us to start Magistrate Court Proceedings. Call ***, we are opened until 4.30pm to PREPARE YOUR FILE FOR COURT. Ref CCA305187.

I called the number because years ago i had a NEDBANK ACCOUNT ( Worse decision i ever made, because they are bullies and like to threaten people even over less than R120 of bank charges). To my surprise i discovered that they are not looking me. The consultant apologized and said it was a mistake. What annoys me is that these so called Banks or Creditors or Debt Collectors send out such threatening messages and do not consider the situation a person is under or verifying that they are harassing the correct person. Never mind the audacity to call instead of sending rude messages.
