An ANAL bank with systems and applications designed by maniacs

The most useless and user-unfriendly bank with applications designed by maniacs. All I tried to do this morning was to register the Money App on a new device. Well by now this damn bank has blocked all my PINs including seemingly the one on my credit card.

I honestly cannot recommend this useless and anal bank to anybody.

Every time I try to change a PIN (and now there is an ID as well!!!) something inevitably goes wrong and I end up at the branch trying to restore a locked account.

Rather go to another bank with much more updated and simple systems e.g. FNB.

Frankly, Nedbank can stuff off. When the old, and simplest Nedbank Internet banking platform finally closes down, I am taking my banking business elsewhere.
