Amex private card

I have ordered my private bank card since November 2025, via the nedbank app the is an option of asking your card to be delivered to the bank locker.

The is a company called ccd courier they've called me for more than 18 times and they told me they don't deliver the card to the locker, it has been almost 2 months waiting for my card I never received it.

I even went to my branch to complain still nothing happened.
