Amex or Nedbank or none?

I app**** for an Amex Platinum card. I have sent through the required documents but keep on getting an sms and email asking me to submit this (day nr 3). I habe even called the nr on the sms and it was confirmed you habe my documents.

Enough already, cancel the application then. I honestly couldn't be phased.
