Amex Credit card not updated on ITC

This is now the second time that i have paid up my balance, and Nedbank Amex Prolongs to update me on credit breau, and also my payments, <br> I am unhappy the the service i receieve from Amex Credit card as they take they own sweet time to update customer payments on cerdit breau, can this be done immediatley<br> <br>
