American express points lost

<p>I have paid off my american express card in july, and asked if my points can be transfered, i want my points transfered to gateway in durban, i phoned today and wasted R30.00, whcih i want back from nedbank. The consultant could npt give me an answer, and kept me on hold until i cancelled the number because my airtime was running out</p> <p> </p> <p>Can somebody clever from Nedbank phone me back to disucuss, and i want my american express points back, R350, is alot of money to give to the bank.</p>
