American Express Credit Card application

Hello

I have app**** for an american express credit card 2 weeks ago. I repeatedly received sms's to send documents that they require, which I have sent through a few times now. I have tried calling the call centres and I cannot get closure regarding my application. The call centre does not answer the calls.

Can someone from the credit department please have this resolved, as it now becoming a very painful exercise.
