Amazing what banks cant do

I asked for a quote online to purchase a property, A building loan. To which I get a response that it is possible, but It would have to have plans and they do not take on cases where the NHBRC are not appointed. That is not the problem. I have somewhat experience in this field so I again have no problem with a builder who is NHBRC registered. The problem comes in where They do not permit a loan on a building for less than R5500.00 per m2.<br> That means when I have my double garage erected it will cost me R198 000.00 for the entire job. Well I never. Who is flogging this ********, the bank or the NHBRC. Say it with Me R1 9 8 0 0 0 .00 to build a double garage and now we all know why we are in the situation we are in. Thanks Mrs Govender for the response I am very sure that your bank is way ahead of all the other institutions. BTW I do not need gold plated roof sheets on my garage it inflates the price too much.
