Amazing Service.

I’d like to thank Johannes Malale for the amazing assistance he gave me this morning. I was in a bit of a pickle and he resolved everything while I was on the call.

He was incredibly patient, he called me back when my airtime ran out, and again when my network disconnected. He turned a very nerve-wracking situation into something manageable and resolved it within minutes.

I sincerely appreciate his service. The human factor he brought to his work deserves recognition.
