Amazing service

In August, I set out to buy a TV from the Avo by Nedbank store. There were system issues resulting in me not being able to create a profile properly, as well as me struggling to load money into my wallet. After calling in and speaking to a few people throughout the week, I received phenomenal service from the team, and at some point my query was escalated to the Head of Client Servicing who contacted me directly to apologise and manage my expectations in terms of correcting my account. I was extremely impressed by the servicing and the product that I received.
