Amazing Service!!
Ncedisa was a pleasure to speak to on the phone, she went the extra mile and gave me reason to be proud of the bank I am with: NEDBANK! She clarified everything to me, was willing to share a laugh every now and then and also asked for other needs I may need fulfilled! She was extremely friendly, patient and willing to talk me through everything. I felt cared for and appreciated as a customer, moreover, she showed me so much respect and referred to me as \ma'am". I am indeed a happy client!"""
