Amazing customer service!!!!!!

Went to nedbank fox Street as I had to open a account for work purpose, Agnes Michael assisted me, I must say the service is remarkable she went above and beyond. Agnes is the pure definition and example of what customer service should be like, fun to interact with, works to a high standard she made me feel important and made sure I was helped, my card had not been delivered she went the extra mile to getting me a temporary card so that my work travel could be easier. This is by far the best service I've received ever in nedbank and don't regret reinstating my account with. Super greatful hope she will be well taken care of!!!!
