Amazing consultant, amazing service. Pleasantly surprised

I would just like to say that i have had bad experiences with this bank before so I was pleasantly surprised to have such an amazing experience this time.

I app**** for a consolidation loan with Nedbank after receiving an sms inviting me to apply.

I app**** over the phone on a saturday and was on the phone with an Edwin K who helped me through the whole process. from around 12PM on the saturday this application was made, first thing the very next monday (today) i received a confirmation text that the loan has been approved and the funds will be paid into my account shortly.

The process was seamless and actually quite quick.
