Good day, I feel that so often life passes us by, and we moan and complain about poor service but never take the opportunity to thank and congratulate those people who provide excellent service. It is for that reason that I felt I should drop you a note to express my heartfelt gratitude for the speedy, professional, courteous and knowledgeable service I have received from Matshidiso Doris Molefe. .I am truly grateful for her assistance!. She is well spoken, patient and has a wonderful attitude, helpful approach and attentiveness. I am currently ill and really appreciate it when spoken to in a warm and understanding manner. Great sevice makes your customers feel that you care about them .People are an organization’s greatest asset. Doris is a treasure and an asset to your organisation. It is nice to know that in this day and age one can still receive great service
