Amazing attitude and very helpfull
Our merchant terminal was having connection problems, so I contacted the Nedbank call center. Siwe answered and assisted me. She was very helpful and checked every possible reason why the terminal could be giving problems. most of the times call center agents will rush helping you and not be so thorough. Thank you very much.
