Amateurs who need training

<p>Changed my savings account to a cheque account and gave my new address. Was told to bring in FICA and tht my wife could bring it in. She took the documents in today and was told "NO that is not acceptable, you must fill in a special form". </p> <p>Really, why was I not given that form when I was there at the branch. Lukas at Key West was in too much of a hurry to go on leave and "obviously forgot".</p> <p>Now I must waste even more of my time to go to the bank AGAIN!!!!!!!! Imbecilic amateurs.</p>
