Am so dissapointed in Nedbank, have been to the Braamfontein branch more than 5 times and everytime I am told everything is in order, but my account has been blocked

Am so dissapointed in Nedbank, have been to the Braamfontein branch more than 5 times and everytime I am told everything is in order, but my account has been blocked. I was advised to contact the Call Center and was transferred from pillar to post, kept on hold for +-26 minutes with no joy. Nobody bothered to come back to me to advise why I can't do any transactions from my App and also internet banking. I had to change to another bank so I can get my salary. Service so appalling.
