Always useless with card deliveries! Literally always!

Always always have problems with card deliveries. Either they don't deliver on the promised date and time or they deliver to the branch instead of face to face. I got an SMS stating my Amex is due for renewal, and that it would be delivered face to face as was done previously and that I should expect a call, but if you prefer delivery to the branch please reply to the sms. I did not reply to the sms and never got a call. Now I get an SMS stating the card is at the branch. I will NOT be collecting. I cannot wait to leave this Bank! useless bank! I advise any new clients to avoid Nedbank. I am closing my accounts as soon as I have the time.
