always problem at nedbank branch to remedy faults

I go to nedbank festival mall yesterday with a problem that i cannot log into my nedbank app , i spend all the time to travel and pay for bolt trips, and they reset the password at the branch,and tell me to try again in 24 hours, which i did and EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM , as usual when one has to go to a nedbank branch always bad service, refer history on my hellopeter reviews, i could also see from the consultant manner and words that he was not sure he had fixed my problem, surely this is a very easy problem for a nedbank consultant to remedy? my tel *** id number ***
