Always long waits at Cresta branch

<p>Since nedbank has moved to a ticket system at its branches I have never waited less than 30 minutes to be served (on average more than 45 minutes) ! This is for both teller and card services. In all cases there are always unmanned tellers in the branch, </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want to speak to a powerless call centre person but what I want is that the branches employ enough freaking tellers to deal with the customer load! </p>
