Always had great service from Nedbank

This is not a specific case, but I felt like giving good feedback for a change. Since I opened my account with Nedbank in 2013, I have always received good service and helpful assistance if I phone them. If I have any difficulties or don't understand something, their call centre staff always do their best to help me reach a good solution and explain the steps they take well. When I opened a tiny investment account a few years ago, they helped me look at the different investment options and find the right one to fit my small budget. I would definitely recommend Nedbank 10/10 to anyone opening a new account or an investment account.
