Almost 2 weeks to get my personal loan finalised

I Have app**** for a personal loan from Nedbank and it was approved. I have signed all the paper work on the 19th of March 2015 and the assistant at the bank made copies of my driver's license, damaged ID and temporary ID (have app**** for a temp ID specially for this loan application) . On the 26th of March (a week later) I was notified by the assistant at the Pretoria North branch that I need to come in again so that they can scan my driver's licence as they don't accept my damaged ID - so why did I took it all with me the first time, so I went to the branch again that day to give them the documents. Today is the 31st of March and still no progress. Every day I call to find out what the status is and every time the assistant tells me she will call me back with info..but I never get a call back. I must follow up on everything. So what does Nedbank's slogan mean...\Make things happen"- I don't see anything happening from their side. """
